The workshop room is currently set up so that we can meet the 1.5-metre distance standard.

• The workshop can be attended from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 11 people (for smaller groups, we do not guarantee space).
• From 11 people, the Throwing with Paint room is exclusive.
• We offer the workshops for children from 8 years old and adults.
• For children under 8, we offer the Picasso Party, this workshop combined with the Fun Factory is shortened.
• The workshop (which lasts about 90 minutes) starts exactly at the specified time, so come on time!
• Paint is water-based (but does not go off clothes). We recommend putting on old clothes. (Overalls and changing room available)
• The cloths cannot be taken away immediately after the workshop, they need at least a week of drying time. For an additional charge, they will be sent by post within 2 weeks. Complaints/correspondence about the package can be made up to 14 days after it has been sent.
• Collection of the canvases is also possible. We consult with you in advance about what you want.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the start of the event, after that we will be obliged to charge 25% on the package cost in case of cancellation. De Fabriek Woerden reserves all rights to change or cancel reservations should this become necessary.
• Factory Woerden is not liable for theft or damage to clothing and other personal belongings
• Our Throwing Paint space is only accessible by stairs

De Pretfabriek is a quality indoor playground in Woerden where big and small get all the space they need. Our visitors can count on a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere.

A visit to the Pretfabriek should be a particularly fun experience for all family or group members. So we make every effort to ensure that it is. However, we cannot do without your cooperation. In good cooperation and with mutual respect for our conditions:

Initial requirements

• Preferably book your visit online. Especially on weekends and holidays (we work with 2 time slots to regulate the crowds properly)
• Always follow the instructions of our professional staff.
• Consuming your own food and drink is not allowed.
• Children may only play under the supervision of an 18+ supervisor.
• Breng geen waardevolle spullen mee en waak over je eigendommen. 
• Dogs (pets) are not allowed. However, an assistance dog is allowed.
• Children up to 12 years pay the child rate at the Amusement Factory. From 13 years, the adult rate applies and you are expected to visit the Amusement Factory as a companion.
• In the Pretfabriek vandalism is not appreciated. If this is deliberate, the Pretfabriek is entitled to recover it.

User spaces

• Please keep cups, plates, bottles, etc. within the catering area. In case of theft, an official report will be made to the police.
• Food and drinks may only be consumed at the tables.
• Self-brought food and drinks are not allowed.
• Nappies should only be put in the places meant for that and not on the table and also only disposed of in the nappy buckets provided in the toilet and not in ordinary bins.
• Please deposit waste in the designated bins and confetti cannons in and around the Amusement Factory will not be allowed.
• Keep toilets clean and report any irregularities immediately.
• Smoking is not permitted in all user areas in the Pretfabriek. Smoking is allowed outside the Pretfabriek.
• The Amusement Factory does not serve alcohol to visitors under 18 years of age.

Play equipment

All play equipment should be used according to the instructions indicated.

• Slides should only be used alone and seated.
• The toboggan run may only be used with toboggans and sitting down.
• Shoes are not allowed in and on the playground equipment.
• Remove sharp objects from clothes of your playing children. Also consider any jewellery.
• The Toddler Corner is exclusively for children up to 4 years old.

Should your child have a late-toilet accident, inform one of the staff members immediately. This way, we can ensure that the play equipment and the ball pit remain clean and hygienic.

General

First aid and AED are available in the Pretfabriek (inquire at the counters). Also, there are always staff present with BHV.

Your visit to the Fun Factory, playing and using equipment is entirely at your own risk. The Amusement Factory reserves the right to refuse or deny persons access.

The Pretfabriek is not liable for any damage or consequences of damage during the stay within or on the premises of the Pretfabriek.

First aid is available in the Pretfabriek. There are also always staff members present with BHV. If your child has a contagious disease, please contact the Pretfabriek about the possibilities due to the risk of infection.

Stay home if you have any of the following (even mild) symptoms: nasal cold, cough, tightness of the chest or fever.

In case of a mishap, please ask at the front desk so we can help you quickly.

No pets are allowed in the Pretfabriek.

It is not allowed to consume self-brought refreshments, unless there is a diet, then contact someone from the staff in advance.

Workshops

Activities are only valid in combination with entrance payment for the Amusement Factory.
Subject to availability.
We reserve all rights for any changes. Participation is at your own risk.
You cannot register in advance for the free workshops offered.

Terms and Conditions:

• The Pretfabriek cannot be held liable for any damage and/or theft of personal belongings. Entering is at your own risk and children always under the supervision of an 18+ supervisor.
• The supervisors are responsible for the children during the visit to the Pretfabriek.
• Special dietary requirements or allergies can be communicated no later than 7 days beforehand. (inc.)
• Consuming your own consumption is not allowed.
• We cannot guarantee availability.
